Summer care: Tips to maintain radiant and protected skin under the sun.

Summer is a wonderful time full of sun, fun, and outdoor adventures. However, it can also be challenging for our skin as it is exposed to harmful UV rays, scorching heat, and other environmental factors. That is why it is important to take measures to protect and care for our skin during the warmest months of the year. Here are some tips to keep your skin radiant and healthy in the summer sun:

 

1. Sunscreen, your best friend: Never leave home without applying sunscreen. Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 and apply it generously to all exposed areas of the skin. Remember to reapply it every two hours, especially if you are swimming or sweating.
